The RMA Coordinator serves as a primary interface with customers in the issuance and tracking of RMAs, responding to E-mail and phone requests for support. Upon receipt of an RMA, the RMA Coordinator ensures the equipment is properly inspected and delivered to the appropriate engineer for repair. After repair, the RMA Administrator, ensures all documentation is properly completed and arranged for the shipment of equipment to our customers. This person works closely with Kratos engineers, shipping and receiving personnel, quality assurance and IT to ensure customers’ requirements are met.

Experience and Skills

Required Experience:

  • possess strong customer support skills
  • the ability to exercise sound judgment within established procedures to obtain solutions
  • excellent phone etiquette and diplomacy, as well as effective interpersonal skills
  • needs to be organized and detailed in daily work processes
  • proven ability to work with minimal supervision
  • able to effectively multitask and prioritize workload to meet changing business needs
