This is a Junior Level position to provide contract administration support primarily for the Commercial Cybersecurity Business Unit and some support for the FedIT Business Unit.


  • Assist with preparing contractual documents for proposal submissions and award.
  • Assist with contract administration functions and duties relating to various types of commercial contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications.
  • Maintain responsibility for ensuring contract documents, including awards, modifications, NDAs, proposals and other related documents are properly filed.
  • Work with project management, finance and corporate to setup projects.
  • Administers contract change management and contract closeout activities.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills


  • Strong business and organizational skills and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Working knowledge of UCC and FAR.
  • Experience with computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Costpoint and Adobe.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and customer requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be capable of working independently.
  • 1+ years of experience in a commercial or government contracting or procurement environment.
  • This position can be located in Alexandria, VA, hybrid or remote provided candidate will be available during normal business hours Eastern Time
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones)
