EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma or equivalent; electronic technician training or an AS Degree in Electronic Technology preferred
A minimum of 10 years combined experience as an upper level test technician with an emphasis on demonstrating leadership skills within a precision measurement equipment laboratory environment.
Proven depth and experience diagnosing and providing technical solutions for complex problems within products containing RF and digital electronics
Advanced experience with MS Office
MRP experience a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Production environment
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive motion (use of arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, manual dexterity for small parts assembly, frequent use)
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
20/20 vision and color vision with or without corrective lenses
