We have an immediate opening for a Security Analyst 3 to join our team
The Security Analyst primary role is to execute procedures and processes to provide physical protection for personnel and company property and meet required codes and regulations. Supports and administers organizational security plans and operations.
- Maintain all security documentation and files following DCSA requirements.
- Provide and document new employee security briefings, exit interviews, and debriefing, investigate and report security violations and incidents.
- Maintain classified holdings and prepare classified transmittals.
- Provide security support to the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and other company leaders.
- Advise personnel of their reporting requirements, both personal/administrative and compliance/incident-related reports.
- Maintain a working relationship with DCSA or other Federal Agencies and each contract’s security office.
- Process Visit Access Requests (VAR)
- Administrate the personnel security program to include coordinating initial clearance submissions and periodic reinvestigations. Provide guidance and instruction to employees to ensure completion of security paperwork.
- Assist with compliance of accredited open storage areas.
- Strong background in Personnel Security.
