Job Description

Serving in a leadership role within the Kratos Cyber Business Unit, the Enterprise Account Director will work hand-in-hand with business unit leadership to drive enterprise account success. As a key member of the leadership team, the Enterprise Account Director will build account strategies, drive bid and procurement initiatives, and collaborate with capability management to advance market position within enterprise accounts. As a leader within the enterprise accounts, the Enterprise Account Director will work closely with strategic customers to build relationships with enterprise account decision makers and will serve as a key influencer across strategic and operational solutions within an account. The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for the total business relationship with key customers by focusing on penetrating the accounts at multiple levels to build the new business pipeline, maintain customer satisfaction, and provide oversight of all pursuit and project execution activities, ensuring and enabling continued high-quality delivery of services

 

Responsibilities:

  • Builds leadership presence and drives account strategy by creating and executing a shared vision; championing and translating ideas into action; driving decisions, goals, and commitments; and communicating information to drive change.
  • Sets priorities, executes against initiatives, influences others, and manages customer expectations.
  • Seeks to improve the customer experience with quality, timeliness, and accuracy of service while ensuring team efficiency.
  • Anticipates project risks and manages delivery direction and quality to avoid potential issues; constructively addresses failure and, in coordination with the appropriate resources, develops risk mitigation strategies.
  • Actively engages with customer leadership to establish trust, gather feedback on services and personnel (identify issues or needs), and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provides support to customers including response to customer inquiries while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Pursues meaningful business development dialogue on behalf Kratos that leads to follow-on work with existing customers.
  • Serves as a key expert and delivery oversight on complex, strategically important lines of business and delivery initiatives across the account.
  • Supports the development of capture strategies and leads the development of proposal efforts that result in wins with current and new customers.
  • Identifies opportunities to establish formal and informal external partnerships to strengthen relationships with customers or business partners.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to build capabilities and service offerings that anticipate account trends that enhance Kratos market position or business performance.
  • Oversees the financial health, risk, quality delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise accounts

Experience and Skills

  • Maintain two or more industry recognized certifications.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with NIST 800 series guidelines (800-30, 800-37, 800-53 and 53A, 800-60, etc.).
  • Broad based IT background with a technical understanding of networks, protocols, security configurations, cryptography, identity and access management, and the systems development life cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical materials and issues into non-technical/layman terms.
  • Applies attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all work products.
  • Demonstrated skills in the entire Microsoft desktop suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
  • 12 plus years technical experience with 5 years management experience. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of job related experirence.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Compuer Science, or a relevant discipline or work expeience required.  
  • A current active Top Secet Clearance is required.
