Job Description


We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing aircraft engine repair and overhaul team based in Bristow, Oklahoma.  The Quality Assurance Specialist will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and assists the quality control program to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.  


  • Ensure all records of work are accounted for and complete with correct entries prior to releasing an article to service in accordance Repair Station / Quality Control Manuals.
  • Ensure that parts and services produced are of high quality and meet all the specifications.
  • Responsible for inspection and approval of products.
  • Assist in managing the Calibrated tool program.
  • Assists in maintaining and updating the approved vendors list.
  • Conduct Internal Audits as directed by the Chief Inspector.
  • Generate detailed Audit Reports and assist in plans of corrective actions.
  • Conduct follow-up and compliance audits to ensure process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through daily inspections.
  • Assist with educating personnel on an ongoing basis in areas of Quality Assurance.
  • Provides new employee training regarding quality and standards.
  • May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on Operational needs.

Experience and Skills



  • 2 years in Aviation Maintenance or 2 years in Quality (any field).
  • H.S Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic Computer Skills,
  • Strong organization and time management skills required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and be able to work under pressure.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.



  • 2 or more years Aviation Quality inspection
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of 14 CFR 145 Certificated Repair Station (CRS).
  • A working knowledge and understanding of aircraft maintenance record-keeping.
  • Pratt and Whitney Canada PT6 turbine engine maintenance.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project.
  • Proficient w/Quantum Software
