We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in both a short and long sales cycle environment.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with customer and channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The hire will be:  (1) A seasoned sales professional that thrives on closing sales; (2) Someone that understands the end-to-end sales process and is comfortable using that process on every customer contact; (3) A person that enjoys sorting through the details and synthesizing data; (4) An individual that can adhere to a specific process and facilitate requests to meet specific deadlines through effective time management; (5) Able to clearly communicate results using a method that meet the needs of the audience and; (6) Has the stamina for cold calling and leads follow-up

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Complete Close Sales process.
  • Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts, and budgets.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, solicit new accounts, build rapport, provide technical information and explanations, and prepare quotations.
  • Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history,  suggest related and new items, and explain technical features.
  • Present key selling points, features, and benefits while remaining focused on the prospect’s needs and expectations.
  • Execute various call campaigns by leveraging lead sources derived by field sales, marketing programs, trade shows, business partners, etc.
  • Manage the regional CRM system and reporting.
  • Manage flow of legal documents between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the marketing automation lead qualification information (Act-on).
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participate in educational opportunities.

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will possess the following

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with strong academic performance in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
  • A minmium of five years of job-related experience.
  • Experience working for a Management Consulting, Systems Integrator, or Technology Consulting firm. OR experience working intimately with Professional Services firms with Intermediate level knowledge of cybersecurity, cybersecurity compliance, and cloud services.
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) . The CMMC is a certification procedure developed by the Department of Defense (DoD) to certify contractors have the controls to protect sensitive data including Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
  • An understanding of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) .   • Understanding of Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP); a U.S. government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services.
  • Relevant experience selling professional services to executive-level prospects. 
  • Evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customers (credibility at all levels). 
  • Skilled at developing & presenting executive-level communications and data visualization.
  • CRM experience (i.e. Salesforce).
  • Advance skills using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Proven Inside Sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas.
  • Proven business partner capable of influencing others.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Passion for supporting a sales organization and understanding the sales process.
  • Experience working with US Defense Prime and Sub Contractors.
  • A passion for independent learning and personal development. 
  • Capable of exercising sound judgment and instilling confidence in others.
  • Ability to adapt to internal policies,processes,procedures; and changing the direction of a task(s) //project(s).
  • Positive personality that is witty, professional, and articulate. Present great customer service & communications skills.
