Job Description


To lead the planning and execution of the work efforts for assigned departments to maintain the quality and integrity of products at the lowest possible cost.



  • Directs the efforts of assigned departments, including supervision of staff and associated personnel actions. 
  • Ensures department work areas are safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant through training, implementation of EHS policies, and continuous improvement. 
  • Creates and maintains training matrices of personnel and associated documentation.
  • Interfaces with supporting departments such as Engineering and Quality Assurance. 
  • Ensures adequate resources are in place for employees to perform daily operations, including materials, tools, and training.

Provides direction to designated work teams with responsibility for maintaining production schedules, quality of work, and planning and assigning duties.

4 year college/university degree (technical field preferred), or equivalent experience.

3 years related experience in manufacturing, including supervision.
