Summary:
As an RF Product Design Lead Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to lead a multidisciplinary team in the development of communications hardware for the satellite communications industry. You will use your knowledge of radio communications systems, and RF/mixed signal board design to develop, prototype, characterize and transition to production the next generation of our satellite communications products.
Responsibilities:
You will be tasked to lead and provide technical guidance for a small fast paced design team engaging in new product introductions. You will work with solution architects and product managers to derive product specifications and inform product design architectural decisions. You'll be responsible for systems engineering, PCB/PCA circuit design, development, and embedded system design. Your technical responsibilities also include developing and executing our product characterization testing and production integration planning. When production issues or field failures occur, you will be involved in root cause and corrective action.
