Responsibilities: 

Customer Success team members work with development, system architecture, sales engineering, delivery, and support functions to provide focus on customer’s technical needs:

 
• Develop complete understanding and expertise of our HW and SW based RF/Radio products supporting our Satellite Ground platform
• Support onboarding of new customers / spacecrafts for Earth observation and Satcom use cases
• Partner with customers to ensure they are leveraging the product and achieving success
• Deriving and disseminating best practices that help drive customer adoption of our platform
• Triage and respond to customer support requests
• Setup and maintain hardware/software test environments to facilitate customer issue replication and use case testing
• Configure our platform to comply with customer objectives and operational constraints
• Provide product feedback to product team based on customer experiences
• Ability to support development of third-party integrations

Experience and Skills

  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with architecture, operations and troubleshooting oh HW and SW defined radios
• Experience using Azure, AWS, Google and other cloud environments for hosting SW VNFs
• Strong understanding of Space to Ground RF and data communication protocols including understanding of Space to Ground ICDs
• Familiarity with GNU Radio
• Familiarity with RF to IP digitization technology and products
• Experience deploying and supporting satellite or telecommunications network
• Ability to work with large enterprise customers
• Strong troubleshooting and consultative skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, to include communicating directly with clients
• Strong technical background and ability to speak to engineers, developers, and end users
• Ground system architecture design and configuration for TT&C, Earth Observation and Satcom
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
Graduate Degree or equivalent in Network, Signal Processing or related field
Experience working with large, globally dispersed engineering team
Experience in scripting using Python or similar language
Experience with Satellite Communication concepts
Experience with ground support equipment – protocol converters, Crypto hardware
Modems, routers, firewalls, Servers, workstations
