KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, GED, trade school (Electrical) or equivalent

Required: 1 - 3 years on-the-job experience in Testing or mechanical assembly (or closely associated discipline).

Required:
Ability to performing all testing operations, especially water tightness, electrical function, and EMI.
Ability to read complicated drawings, schematics and specifications.
Ability to use and understand test procedures.
Ability to use digital volt meters, gages, signal sources, spectrum analyzers, high voltage power sources, and generators.
Ability to operate tow-motors / forklifts.
Basic computer skills, (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).

WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Shop Floor Environment.
Ability to remain in an enclosed shelter for up to 40 minutes at a time.
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive motion (sweeping antenna, keyboarding, using small/large tools).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to tolerate constant noise (i.e.: machine motors, pounding rain).
Ability to work safely in the presence of hazardous chemicals and hazardous conditions.
Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Ability to work outdoors occasionally.
