- · Experience developing capture plans in support of opportunity capture and business strategic objectives
- · Experience reviewing and analyzing RFPs and related documentation
Experience building opportunity pipeline, progressing opportunity capture through pipeline life cycle and developing pipeline gate reviews. Recent and relevant contacts within the US Army Aviation.

Understanding of the Shipley Business Development Capture process.
Aptitude working with the proposal teams to identify the expertise required to produce a winning proposal.
Ability to work with managers and the proposal team to explain the Customers desires and win themes.
Plays a major role in the development of the proposals tied to specific captures.
Support in the management of the proposal life cycle activities from pre-RFP bid approval through contract award.
Support proposal manager analyzing solicitation documents, creates win themes and company discriminators.
Lead internal effort in coordinating and providing post-submission support including oral presentations, Best and Final Offer requests, and agency clarification requests.
Development of Capture Plans for upcoming opportunities, to include intelligence/data collection, win strategy development and integration, and proposal resource requirements planning.
Understands and able to create a Price to Win analysis
Understands the Foreign Military Sales process and procedures
