We have an opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator in Colorado Springs, CO.

Primary responsibilities will include administration and quoting of Extended Warranty (maintenance) contracts and renewals, responding to E-mail and phone requests for support, working with the contracts department to get maintenance contracts booked once POs are received, updating the warranty and maintenance log, assisting with incoming and outgoing products returned on RMAs (Returned Material Authorizations) for repair including working with shipping and ordering parts.

Experience and Skills

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum education required – Associates Degree.
  • 5 years similar experience.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communications skills, a passion for customer support, the ability to exercise sound judgment within established procedures to obtain solutions, excellent phone etiquette and diplomacy, as well as effective interpersonal skills. 
  • The candidate needs to be organized and detailed in daily work processes, have a proven ability to work with minimal supervision, and to effectively multitask and prioritize workload to meet changing business needs
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word experience required.
  • Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) tool experience desired.

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required.
