We have an opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator in Colorado Springs, CO.
Primary responsibilities will include administration and quoting of Extended Warranty (maintenance) contracts and renewals, responding to E-mail and phone requests for support, working with the contracts department to get maintenance contracts booked once POs are received, updating the warranty and maintenance log, assisting with incoming and outgoing products returned on RMAs (Returned Material Authorizations) for repair including working with shipping and ordering parts.
