We have an opportunity for a Product Manager in Colorado Springs, CO.

Experience and Skills

◦Expert on Market, Customer and Competitors: continuously gather key information regarding the market and competitive threats; perform competitive analysis used to develop pricing, value propositions, and market positioning

◦Coordinate with current and potential customers on the product, roadmaps and upcoming releases specific to capabilities and features

◦Develop and foster key customer relationships (both strategic and tactical)

◦Develop and maintain business plans for managed products (to include ROI analysis)

◦Perform ongoing business case analysis (aka use case analysis) to establish and drive product development plans

◦Define and maintain the product roadmap and associated business requirements for the product based on qualified market needs, customer inputs and internal inputs (BD and sales teams, engineering teams, etc.)

◦Work with product engineer/owner and product development team (engineering) to solidify product concepts, architectures, and required investment levels

◦Manage and communicate the product development lifecycle including defining the product roadmap, establishing product release content (based on priorities), and setting development/release schedules with product development team

◦Set and adjust product release priorities based on market and customer needs, available capacity, and budgetary constraints – with overall authority to set release content

◦Work with marketing and sales teams to develop necessary sales enablement artifacts to promote the product through established and newly identified channels

◦Strong background in IP/Ethernet networking fundamentals

◦Strong background in SDN/orchestration fundamentals

◦Firsthand experience with Agile development principles

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required.
