Job Description

The IT Support Specialist will be supporting multiple teams in different locations within the Kratos Space organization. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Tier 2 Technical support for our IT organization supporting Sunnyvale and occassionally other sites. 
  • Conduct local server support and maintenance. 
  • Coordinate on VMWare strategy and implementation in the local office. 

Experience and Skills


  • Five years of experience as an IT Support Specialist 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook and Sharepoint
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent


  • Experience working with a ticketing system
