Job Description

Duties would include:

  • Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all operating systems
  • Provide remote support through phone or end-user via phone
  • Assist helpdesk technicians with resolving all incidents
  • Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system
  • Maintenance of the business software applications
  • Create documentation for processes
  • Meet deadlines

Experience and Skills

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems in a corporate domain environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
    • The ability to debug/troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.
    • Work independently as well as function in teams.
    • Strong ability to multi-task.
    • Document issues and resolutions within the companies Helpdesk software ticket system.
    • Strong understanding of computer networking and connectivity.
