The ideal candidate will possess strong customer support skills, the ability to exercise sound judgment within established procedures to obtain solutions, excellent phone etiquette and diplomacy, as well as effective interpersonal skills. The candidate needs to be organized and detailed in daily work processes, have a proven ability to work with minimal supervision, and to effectively multitask and prioritize workload to meet changing business needs.
Associate Degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 4 years experience in a product center environment
Customer support experience (preferably in a technical or engineering environment)
Database management experience is a plus
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required.
