Job Description:


The Director of Government Compliance will prepare Incurred Cost Submissions and review for unallowable costs. Utilizing strong communication skills to respond to, support, and coordinate Defense Contract Audit Agency ( DCAA) audits and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) requests and the demonstrated ability to research appropriate DCAA, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) rules and regulations. 


  • Perform government accounting duties such as auditing costs for compliance with government regulations including the FAR and CAS, DFAR Business Systems
  • Perform transaction walkthroughs of audits (DCAA) as well as maintenance of documentation
  • Prepare multiple annual incurred cost submissions for the Government Incurred Cost Electronically (ICE) forms)
  • In depth knowledge and experience with  H, L, K, B and C schedules
  • Assist in supporting internal and external audits, specifically those with the DCAA (MAAR-6, MAAR-13)
  • Review General Ledger accounts and screen for unallowable costs
  • Writing and updating US Government Cost Accounting Standards Board (CASB) Disclosure statements

  • Basic understanding and application of Government rules and regulations including FAR and CAS
  • Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate DCAA, FAR, CAS, and GAGAS rules and regulations, apply analytical concepts based on fact and circumstance
  • Working knowledge of DCAAs ICE model
  • Contract Close out process
  • Investigating and correcting billing issues
  • U.S citizenship required




  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
  • Eleven years of related experience
  • Supervisory and lead experience
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
