Job Description:

The Program Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for the development and tracking of all administrative functions to support a program of forward deployed personnel in Saudi Arabia. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Interfacing with immigration agencies and employees to obtain Work/Travel Visas
  • Monitoring employee hiring status and assisting in tracking and processing hiring requirements
  • Providing quality control for all forms of correspondence integral to program operations
  • Preparing reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
  • Coordinating and tracking meetings, travel, conference calls, and expense reports
  • Researching, identifying and retrieving operational data requested by Program Management
  • Developing relationships that may be of sensitive, complex, and confidential in nature
  • May work for one or several department professionals, division heads, offices, or managers
Experience and Skills:

Skills Required

  • BA/BS in business management or 6 years of directly related work experience
  • Must be competent in a number of computer programs, including Microsoft SharePoint and Office Suite, especially MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effectively interacts with peers, resource sponsors, program managers and upper management
  • Interact appropriately with the military and civilian personnel when necessary
  • Foster communication among team members
  • Should be an innovator with creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Have the ability to systematically analyze situations
  • Ability to handle uncertainty and develop processes for new and unique situations


Preferred Skill Set

  • Prior experience working with a company that engages in Federal Government contracting, especially in an international environment
