Job Description:

The Systems Analyst will formulate and define system scope and objectives in accordance with system requirements, specifically within the realm of Test and Evaluation (T&E) through research and fact-finding to evaluate Navy SATCOM systems. System integration design analysis, including reviews of requirements, designs, test plan, procedures, reports, trade studies and other technical documentation. The Systems Analyst will be required to develop or provide input to T&E and acquisition related documents, execute test, evaluate the system, identify and document issues that occur during testing and development, and assist with determining solutions.  

Experience and Skills:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of RF communications systems experience with 3 years of Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT) T&E experience including Navy Global Broadcast Service (GBS) receive only and Super High Frequency (SHF) capability.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Inter-Segment Testing (IST), Interoperability Testing, End to End (E2E) Testing and Multi-Service Test and Evaluation (MOT&E) Testing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working on Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Super High Frequency (SHF), GBS receive, Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Processor (TIP) and NMT systems with required baseband equipment and cryptologic equipment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working on the Advanced TIP (ATIP) with the NMT and associated baseband devices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of shipboard SATCOM equipment, baseband devices and Cryptologic equipment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of NMT Test & Evaluation experience IAW DoD Instruction 5000.02 and SECNAVINST 5000.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software regression testing in a lead or support capacity.
  • Minimum SECRET clearance
