Job Description:

Design technology-delivered courseware focused on teaching highly technical contect for the military training environment.

Develops training planning data to include: resource requirements (manpower, personnel, and training); follow on training recommendations including justification and impact; the training considerations that form the basis for functional characteristics of the instructional delivery system; and functional characteristics requirements.

Conducts analyses to identify and validate training requirements, documents results of analyses, and develops and recommend alternative training strategies for consideration of decision-makers.

Experience and Skills:

A degree in Education, Psychology or Instructional Systems Design. MA/MS preferred.

Candidate will possess at least three (3) years of experience

Experience in a military ISD Guidelines.

Experience researching technical material and working flexibly with subject matter experts.

Excellent writing, communication, analytical and instructional design skills.

Experience working in a focused, dynamic, fast-paced team environment with accountable deadlines.

Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience in SCORM requirements

Experience in design and development of USAF aviation training.

Experience designing desktop simulations.


Air Force experience - Technical and operational experience with USAF  fixed-wing tanker aircraft

                                        (KC-10, KC-135, etc.) or USN fixed-wing aircraft (C-130, P-3, S-3, etc.) desired.
