This role is responsible for handling maintenance renewals for existing product sales of Kratos Communications products as well as assisting with sales functions across Enterprise Sales.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Handling accounts of existing product sales with emphasis on maintenance renewals.• Creating quotes and invoices based on customers previous software purchases.• Work with sales team, as needed, to implement strategy for customer upgrades and overall satisfaction as it relates to maintenance renewals and customer service.• Work on financials to estimate recurring monthly revenue from product maintenance renewals• Work with customer support to ensure customers status/satisfaction so that they renew their maintenance.• Work with sales team to create quotes for new purchases of software based on prior sales within the industry/customer.• Must be highly organized and detail oriented• Work with marketing team, as needed, to assist with website and collateral.• Other duties may be assigned related to inside sales tasks and related marketing tasks.• Some knowledge of contracts work for products/software• Some knowledge of contracts, account management, and some project management• Some knowledge of a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)• Some experience communicating with customer via phone/email• Existing knowledge of reports and reporting tools• In-depth knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree (Candidate) or equivalent experience.• Minimum years of job related experience – 0-2 years
