Job Description:

Individuals will focus on completing specific projects while working with manufacturing operators, technicians, and engineers.  Quality Technicians will be responsible for one of three areas: Spares, First Article Inspection, and Quality General.  Quality Technicians will also assist with providing knowledge and guidance to the Gichner team in regards to the Quality Policy, the CAPA process, FOD inspection, Work Order Compliance, and general Safety.

Quality Spares Technician:  Work with the Sales team to review the information and generate the Spares Quality Release.  Technicians will work with the inspectors to help answer any issues that come up and help execute to the Spares release.  Technicians will assist with First Article Inspection reports as required.

Quality First Article Technician:  Work with the Quality Engineering team to inspect and complete First Article Reports in accordance with specific customer contracts.

Quality General Technician:  Work with the Quality team in a variety of areas from system administration to continuous improvement projects.
