Job Description:

This position is based in Saudi Arabia

  • Oversees the development and delivery of instructional services on assigned projects. 
  • Manages and directs the project team to assure all technical, schedule, and delivery requirements are met. 
  • Works closely with Program Director, Program Manager, and Senior Project Manager to provide detailed project data for formal cost, schedule and performance tracking and reporting. 
  • Responsible for the performance of employees working contract tasks and ensuring the appropriate resources are provided and available for project execution IAW contract requirements.  
  • Interface with the customer project lead to ensure products and services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements. 
Experience and Skills:
  • Practical knowledge and skills in the application of a wide range of analytical and management techniques, especially academic instruction in a formal classroom setting and experience delivering and managing training in a formal military environment. 
  • Requires residency in Saudi Arabia.  
  • BA/BS degree in business management, education or equivalent is required. 
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary training teams for the development of complex instructional tasks; demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction to large teams in the required tasks, proven expertise in the management and control of project resources; proven successful interaction with senior military and Government personnel.
  • Minimum of 10 years military experience specifically in Training, Training Management and Operations. 
  • Former US military officers (O4/O5) are desired and U.S. Navy experience is preferred.
  • Degree in TEFL or TSOL certification is desirable.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of specialized experience in managing training projects, preferably for military related requirements.
