This position will be part of the Quality Management team and perform general functions related to the QMS as required to include:
Prepare and process Quality Management System (QMS) documents
Review QMS documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Cross reference QMS documentation to applicable AS9100D clauses and CMMI-DEV process areas
Upload and organize QMS documents into a central repository
Monitor and control the QMS document review and release cycle
Coordinate with functional departments to ensure timely completion of / updates to QMS documentation
Assist in coordinating AS9100 / CMMI Internal Audit activities
Minimum education: AA (BA or BS preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Minimum 3 years relevant experience with AS9100 / ISO 9001 / CMMI
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products / emphasis on Microsoft Word / Microsoft Visio
Experience interacting with multiple functional disciplines
Familiarity with operations within a design and development, product-based organization
Formal training in AS9100 / ISO 9001 / CMMI preferred
Working knowledge of SharePoint site administration preferred
